Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by GrizzAI Automation (“GrizzAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking a demo, or using our AI-powered services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
GrizzAI provides AI-powered voice agent solutions including:
AI Receptionist: Handles missed calls, books appointments, and answers FAQs.
AI Sales Rep: Follows up with leads, automates sales calls, and schedules appointments.
Additional AI use cases (e.g., review requests, reminders) may also be offered.
We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when signing up or interacting with our systems.
Use the services only for lawful and business-related purposes.
Not attempt to modify, disrupt, or reverse engineer any part of our platform or AI systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, call access, or integration tokens provided to you.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
All fees are billed in CAD or USD as agreed upon during onboarding.
Invoices are due based on the billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as agreed).
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your service.
For cancellations, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
4. AI Agent Limitations
While our AI voice agents are designed to handle tasks such as answering calls, booking appointments, and following up on leads, they:
Are not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial professionals.
May occasionally misunderstand complex queries or accents.
Rely on accurate calendar and CRM integrations provided by the client.
GrizzAI is not responsible for losses due to AI miscommunication, user error, or misconfigured third-party integrations.
5. Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.
You retain ownership of your customer data and call logs. GrizzAI may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve system performance and user experience.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, and branding used in connection with GrizzAI is the property of GrizzAI Automation or its licensors. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or use any material without written permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if:
You violate these Terms
You fail to make payments
Your use of the services poses a risk to other users or the system
Upon termination, all access to AI voice agents and data logs may be discontinued.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GrizzAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You use our services at your own risk. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the provincial or federal courts located in British Columbia.
